Trainings

Training includes:

  • learning boxing techniques (punches, slips, blocks, footwork),
  • exercises using boxing equipment (bags, speed bags, reflex bags, platforms, jump ropes, medicine balls, etc.), 
  • coordination, speed and strength endurance training,
  • pad work with coaches and instructors.

Monday:

  • 09:00 intermediate, advanced
  • 16:30 children and youth (ages 7-16)
  • 17:45 beginners, intermediate
  • 19:00 advanced, competitors
  • 20:15 beginners, intermediate

Tuesday:

  • 09:00 beginners, intermediate
  • 16:30 children and youth beginners (ages 7-14)
  • 17:45 beginners, intermediate
  • 19:00 advanced, competitors
  • 20:15 beginners, intermediate

Wednesday:

  • 09:00 intermediate, advanced
  • 16:30 children and youth (ages 7-16)
  • 17:45 beginners, intermediate
  • 19:00 advanced, competitors
  • 20:15 beginners, intermediate

Thursday:

  • 09:00 beginners, intermediate
  • 16:30 children and youth beginners (ages 7-14)
  • 17:45 beginners, intermediate
  • 19:00 advanced, competitors
  • 20:15 beginners, intermediate

Friday:

  • 09:00 all groups
  • 16:30 children and youth (ages 7-16)
  • 17:45 beginners, intermediate
  • 19:00 advanced, competitors

Saturdays:

  • 9:30 WOMEN’S GROUP
  • 11:00 all groups

Individual training sessions – flexible scheduling available.

WE ACCEPT BENEFIT SYSTEMS MULTISPORT CLASSIC, MULTISPORT PLUS AND MEDICOVER SPORT CARDS, with priority given to club members and membership candidates.
