Training includes:
- learning boxing techniques (punches, slips, blocks, footwork),
- exercises using boxing equipment (bags, speed bags, reflex bags, platforms, jump ropes, medicine balls, etc.),
- coordination, speed and strength endurance training,
- pad work with coaches and instructors.

- 09:00 intermediate, advanced
- 16:30 children and youth (ages 7-16)
- 17:45 beginners, intermediate
- 19:00 advanced, competitors
- 20:15 beginners, intermediate
Tuesday:
- 09:00 beginners, intermediate
- 16:30 children and youth beginners (ages 7-14)
- 17:45 beginners, intermediate
